Marie Renarde comes from Quebec, her family moved across Canada in search of a better life, they eventually ended up in a Alaska, where due to old superstitions about red foxes being thieves, they were met with hostility from their neighbors until they met a kind family of arctic foxes, that family turned out to be that of Jon Lupus. From an early age the two grew to become great friends, almost as close as siblings.
Marie is bubbly, easy going and friendly, she is very loyal and honest to her friends, she is also kind of shy around new people, but once you get to know her, she is a friend for life. Marie also likes to perform magic and sometimes performs magic shows in town.
